The dilemma for Fjord is that most of our client projects are of a strategic nature and highly confidential. Most of the things we work on or have worked on we can’t mention. We take client confidentiality very seriously, but it means that most of the beautiful and innovative solutions we work on are not recognised as Fjord work in the market.
Fjord’s role:

Our approach:
Fjord has a clear service design methodology that we follow in all our work. It is a framework that aids and clarifies, rather than constrains. We also use a number of tools and techniques in our work, including a set of custom Fjord tools. In our work we always aim to collaborate closely with our inspired clients. We are flexible and agile, we iterate a lot, and we validate thinking and solutions frequently during projects. But the only thing that can guarantee a successful outcome is the brilliant people at Fjord. They are at the heart of the approach and the solutions.
