A lot of hot air and expensive business consultancy time is sold in pursuit of facilitating creativity but the creative process is still thought of as a mysterious black box, often the preserve of certain people and not others.

In this presentation, Fjord's Claire Rowland provides a brief summary of what empirical science has to tell us about the psychology of creativity, particularly the personality and motivation factors than facilitate creativity in different people and environments. She also includes some quick tips we can all use to boost everyday creativity.
