Cut&Paste comes to Helsinki!

As part of the World Design Capital 2012 activity, Cut&Paste are running a tournament in Helsinki on February 4th, in association with Fjord and Platoon.

Each tournament event features competitions in 2D, 3D and motion/animation design. Rounds are 15-20 minutes each - fast and furious.

The winners of each competition in each city are flown to New York to compete in our annual Global Championship.

Cut&Paste is a social arena for the recognition, promotion, and elevation of design. Through events and online programs, Cut&Paste supports artists, firms and media working to strengthen their creative network.

This is the first time Cut&Paste has come to the Nordics and as supporters of World Design Capital Helsinki 2012 it seemed like a perfect fit for Fjord to support this event which not only promotes new talent but is an amazing networking event for design in Finland. The design community is there as well as the judges who are well-known and respected members of this community.
