Fjord Berlin moves

The Fjord Berlin office moves to a new larger central location. The new office space is on Friedrichstraße, just North of the Berlin landmark Checkpoint Charlie. The new office delivers well on all Fjord standard requirements: large open plan areas, centrally located, and a sense of energy and creativity in the neighbourhood.

For the second time in 2008 Fjord Berlin has outgrown its office space and moved to a larger office. This time there is lots of room for further growth within the new space. The new office has been designed and specified to detailed requirements by Fjord, complete with specific floor materials and colour schemes, a Fjord typographical mural, and a designer chair collection in the lunch area.

Managing director Nancy Birkhölzer comments: ‘It feels like a fantastic achievement for us to move into this new space. We know that this new physical space, which feels perfect for us, is the product of our hard work during the year, and this feels great. It’s also nice to be located so centrally – it’s a convenient destination for both employees and clients. The fact that we’re just next to Checkpoint Charlie makes the office feel more unique too, as it connects us to this historical symbol that has been very significant both locally and globally.’
