NEW YORK; November 16, 2015 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has been named a leader among global digital experience service providers by Forrester Research Inc., a leading global research and advisory firm.
The report titled, “The Forrester Wave™: Digital Experience Service Providers, Q4 2015,” evaluates Accenture Interactive, part of Accenture Digital, among the 11 most significant digital agencies, systems integrators, and consultancies against 31 criteria in three main categories: current offering, strategy, and market presence. According to the report, “Accenture leads the pack” and is delivering on the full suite of digital experience services.
Accenture Interactive received the highest scores in Corporate Strategy and Vision, while scoring second highest in: Data, Optimization and Measurement; Managed Services (tied); and Account Services. Forrester states: “[Accenture Interactive] has a forward-thinking strategy that positions digital experience as part of a broader digital business transformation; we believe it’s the vendor with the most potential in this category.”
The report also notes: “Accenture Interactive has the most compelling and complex customer work — from rethinking design and branding to integrating into enterprise back-end systems. The firm also showed huge potential for the future as it integrates highly skilled boutique agencies into broader Accenture services.”
