Next week you can catch Fjord at the Service Design Global Conference held right in the heart of Stockholm.
The event provides a unique opportunity to share thought leadership, and to contribute to the evolving field of service design on a global level. The main theme for this year’s conference is Creating Value for Quality of Life.
During the first day of the conference, exclusively for Service Design Network members, Joydeep Bhattacharya, managing director at Accenture, will be giving a keynote speech on the subject of Accenture’s acquisition of Fjord, and how Accenture is integrating service design into their business approach.
On Wednesday 8th October you can join the Meaning & Money workshop which will focus on The Business Impact of a Great Experience”, run by Fjord’s Hanna-Mari Parkkinen and Ruth-Ann Shields. The workshop will look at the business value of good corporate UX, how financial performance and employee happiness is interrelated, and offer insights, methods and tools to address the issue.
On both Tuesday and Wednesday we’ll be running a one-time only pop-up Fjord Café in collaboration with Stockholm’s award winning sustainable coffee roasters Drop Coffee. So climb up the spiral staircase inside Münchenbryggeriet’s Mässhallen-room to the loft and take a break between all those keynotes and workshops and enjoy a fantastic cup of coffee with the Fjord team.
Come join us for networking, workshopping and coffee. We look forward to seeing you there!
