In his new role Müller takes care of the Berlin office of the further development of service design solutions for European customers. He works closely with the offices in London, Paris, Madrid and Milan. Müller reports to Fjord CEO Olof Schybergson and is part of the agency leadership for Europe and South America. He has previously worked for Siegel + Gale, Razorfish, Arnold Worldwide and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia.
Fjord was founded in 2001 in London and was acquired by Accenture Interactive two years ago. The services offered by the agency include solutions in the areas of service design, design strategy and experience design. Their client list includes companies like adidas, Philips, Skoda and Telefónica. Fjord has 17 studios around the world, 650 employees, 50 of them in Berlin. According to Accenture, the acquistion and development of Fjord is part of a 200 million US dollars investment program, as the consulting firm wants to expand its digital capabilities in terms of design. Just recently, the company has announced further investment in the growth of the Fjord.
