Ajay Easo

Ajay is passionate about design being the catalyst of change and digital transformation for clients across industries. Ajay has spent his career working with clients to design and launch new digital products, services and businesses powered by world class design, analytics and digital platforms. He has had the pleasure of working with the world’s top brands on their most strategic digital initiatives – including Disney, Telstra, Samsung, AT&T and BP, among others. As a part of the global D&I Strategic Design Team, Ajay is responsible for critical client engagements that harness the best of Design, Innovation and the rest of Accenture Digital. In addition, he is responsible for the Innovation agenda as part of Fjord, helping clients grow by developing a sustainable innovation capability and culture.

Prior to his current role Ajay has held leadership positions across Accenture’s businesses, focused on driving strategic growth initiatives globally (i.e. Analytics, Cloud, Mobility, etc.). He helped pioneer and scale the Analytics practice at Accenture – now a global network of advanced analytics practitioners. Ajay has worked with global brands across industries, helping clients create distinctive IP and offerings based on proprietary data, advanced analytics and new digital experiences.

When not on the road, you can find Ajay dabbling in his “test” kitchen, sharpening his culinary skills on all things pork (among other things).  Ajay is currently based in Chicago, and enjoys his time off traveling and exploring with this wife and two kids.
