Bill Shea has been described by his colleagues as “a solution looking for a problem”, gravitating towards opportunities where he can help solve complicated challenges. He uses simple and effective solutions, delivering end-to-end experiences across platforms and channels, through conceptualisation and iterative design methods resulting in value generation.
Bill leads establishing our emerging capabilities across North America. While guiding the Fjord teams and delivering projects, he always focuses on keeping the user at the center and making sure the final design meets business objectives.
Bill is passionate about helping others develop and excel by creating a healthy culture where team collaboration and open communication is key. He extends these concepts into his project environments too, creating outstanding, engaging, and accessible experience designs.
Bill currently lives in Brighton, Michigan, with his three children. When he is not helping businesses employ user-centered processes to help translate concepts into revenue generation, he enjoys a very active family life, running, traveling, and playing outdoors. Bill enjoys a fast-paced life rarely slowing down, and he never passes up a quality espresso or a hoppy craft beer.
