Group Director, Paris
Mathilde is passionate about utilizing the power of design to solve problems small and large. As Group Director of Fjord Paris, she is responsible for developing the office vision, creating a working environment that fosters creativity and collaboration, and ensuring our clients get the best from our expertise and creative minds.
Mathilde has a broad experience in consulting, design and innovation, acquired working for multiple companies over the course of her career. Her journey began at Leo Burnett before she went on to join Landor, where – over 13 years – she developed an innovation approach rooted in consumer centricity and co-creation and ran major rebranding programs for companies like Procter&Gamble and brands such as Citroen. Her most recent job before Fjord was exploring the fascinating world of consumer insights as Managing Director of Kantar Added Value in Paris.
Along with this experience, Mathilde also founded Unlimi-ted, a collective of creatives with different skills such as design, writing and art direction, and lectures on topics such as design thinking and innovation at HEC. Mathilde has a passion for the ocean, and when she’s not working, she enjoys nothing more than swimming by the Basque coast – where she can also indulge in exquisite food from the southwest of France – and she has visited several exotic islands for scuba diving and shark feeding.
