Randy Rodriguez is the Studio Lead for the Fjord Design & Innovation Team within the Accenture Federal Services Digital Studio in Washington, D.C. Randy oversees all aspects of all of the Fjord studio to help reimagine the future of the government.
Randy brings more than 15 years of experience leading teams and clients through the development of end-to-end digital design solutions. His background combines strategic thought leadership, holistic ideation and forward-leaning design principles across various media, which uniquely positions him to provide creative solutions to transform brands and organizations while engaging and empowering customers.
Prior to joining Accenture, Randy worked as the Digital Creative Director for EPAM Systems, where he conceived and executed complex digital solutions for diverse clients in financial, health care, education and B2B industries. He also served as an interactive creative director for BFG Communications, managing a group of digital designers, writers and UX designers who led digital marketing and advertising campaign efforts for major commercial brands.
Randy also served as Senior Creative Director at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), managing the visual identity and national brand image for the prestigious institution that encompasses five locations on three continents. In addition to managing the day-to-day design work at SCAD, Randy served as the final creative decision-maker for all aspects of the SCAD brand.
Randy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
