Scott is a customer experience design and innovation executive with more than 18 years of experience across a variety of industries. He has led strategy, design, and innovation practices at leading agencies and consultancies while helping the world’s most admired brands navigate digital disruptions in their businesses.
Scott’s mission is to design products and services used by millions of people every day to help make their lives a little easier. He helps brands make sense of the continually shifting technology and cultural landscapes by connecting the dots between their business and the needs of their customers.
Scott joined Fjord from Omnicom’s Critical Mass, a global experience design agency. At Critical Mass, he spent the better part of 10 years leading experience strategy and design for a globally-recognized customer-focused financial services firm.
Scott has also led the experience strategy and design engagements for AT&T, BestBuy, Citibank, Ford, Harley-Davidson, Nike, and TD Bank.
Outside of the studio, Scott is an avid fly fisher and expertly knows his way around an acoustic guitar and campfire.
